By purchase any class series or workshop offered by Shelley Irish and / or the Art Garden you are agreeing to abide by the following policies:
To create a grounded, intentional experience for everyone, classes at Art Garden are planned in advance with care for materials, group dynamics, and energy.
Registration is required at least 7 days prior to the start of any class or series. This helps ensure each class is well-supported and thoughtfully prepared.
Because space is limited and offerings are small-group and experiential, cancellation policies vary by class type and are designed to honor both student flexibility and the sustainability of the studio. Thank you for understanding and supporting this work.
Single-Session Classes
- 7 or more days before class: Full refund
- 3–6 days before class: Credit applied to a future single-session class (valid for 60 days)
- 0–2 days before class (including day-of): No refund or credit
10-Week Journey Classes
Because these classes run in limited seasonal cycles and rely on group continuity, cancellation policies are stricter.
Before the series begins:
- 14+ days before start date: Full refund
- 7–13 days before start date: 50% refund or credit toward a future series (valid for 6 months)
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund
After the series begins:
- No refunds or credits for missed classes
- Same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling
- Make-up classes may be offered only at the instructor’s discretion and are not guaranteed. I will always do my best to accommodate.
